Mark Roach wins the Finance Director of the Year award 

We’re thrilled to announce our Finance Director at George Roberts (North West) Ltd., Mark Roach, has been awarded Finance Director of the Year in the £50–£120 million turnover category at the prestigious North West regional awards. 

The FD Awards acknowledges the outstanding work done by the region’s tireless financial directors. Every year, the event brings together companies who have made a real difference to the economy and employment environment by driving business growth and contributing to local non-profit organisations. Mark’s leadership and George Roberts’ forward-thinking vision made a lasting impression. 

The award ceremony took place at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool on 14th November and gathered 28 finalists from a pool of 285 nominated companies. Reflecting on this incredible achievement, Mark shared: “The whole team behind the scenes at George Roberts (North West) Ltd. has earned this accolade for delivering high-quality products and services, bringing the meaning of Total Reliability of Supply to a whole new level and providing peace of mind to our customers.”
