M16 Scaffold Ring Tie is sometimes referred to as a lollipop or Hilti type scaffold tie. The ring tie is one of the original scaffold ties and all M16 Scaffold Ring Ties are made from heavy duty steel and used in conjunction with the M16 drop in anchor or M16 Expanding Anchor.
